Afterschool Dance Camp

At YBR Dance Newtown, our kids have had some amazing performance opportunites performing at live football games and at the Newtown festival. 

Not only have we trained immaculate dancers/performers, we also offer a warm community family environment at the studio.  We would like to reactivate our pick up service from Newtown Public currently on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday followed by 3 hours of intensive dance training & fun. Offering diverse and valuable classes with Mr Kelvin and some of our favourite guest teachers.  All of our teachers are fully vaccinated, have WWCC, offer great disipline with a splash of contagious fun that increases student attention and movitates them to be incredible dancers.

After School Dance Camp Schedule

3pm - Pick up from Newtown Public - Snacks - Canteen will include toasted sandwiches, snacks and water. Please send your child in with gold coins for snacks. Alternatively you can pack your own snacks for your child.

3.30- 4pm - Warm up, fitness circuit and stretch

Break

4.15 - 5pm - Technique (Styles will vary with occasional mystery guest teachers). Safetly and Technique for Multiple styles of dance & movment including breaking, hip hop, Acro & JFH).

5.15 - 6pm - Dance Choreography - Children will learn performance routines

6pm - Pick up - Parents are asked to pick up their children at 6pm

Please note the time schedule may be reversed if we need to seperate children according to levels and train on alternate sides of the studio.

Afterschool Dance Camp Rates - $60 for 1 session per week or $100 for 2 x Sessions per week - $50 coupon for future classes if you refer & bring a friend to this program.
