Auditions!!! - For child dancers to star alongside Miss Karina in our online dance videos and YouTube advertising - Saturday 26thNovember from 10 – 11am @ YBR Dance Newtown. Must be available to rehearse and record for 1.5 - 2 hours Saturdays during school terms from Newtown. Cost – Free!

Side note: These talented kids I anticipate will also get professional show opportunities once the video tutorials are active in preschools. All children and ages are welcome to Audition. Please register below.

Dear Families,

Exciting news! Miss Karina from YBR Dance will soon be offering instructional dance videos for children to learn how to dance in 24/7 from the comfort of home.

These online tutorials will include detailed breakdown of dance skills and technique and lots of fun filled routines for all ages and genres of dance. We will also be offering Live Weekly/Fortnightly Zoom Sessions, to give the children and parents opportunities to ask any questions related to the video tutorials sent that week/fortnight.

Preschool aged videos - will include fun animations, Dance routines as well as school readiness educational components as per the YBR Kids dance health and fitness program which is detailed via this link: YBR KIDS - Preschool & School Program | ybr-dance (ybrdance.com)

Primary School Aged Videos – Will also include fun captivating dance routines, skill, technique and routine breakdown. Inclusive to health and physical education components in order to help the kids learn about nutrition, posture, flexibility and how best to protect their musculoskeletal anatomy. Miss Karina is a Diploma registered fitness and exercise therapist and registered as a specialised children’s instructor.

High School Aged Videos – will become available later in mid-2023 however please feel welcome to register now for the discounted offer. You will have full access for a full year from the start date.

Shout out for Equipment

YBR Dance Newtown is currently sourcing funding for filming equipment and sponsors to help make this project a huge success. Our early subscribers will also assist with the funding of the initial set up of our video production campaign. Therefore, we are offering free lessons to our early subscribers, as a thank you for your support in our start up campaign. Please spread the word to your friends! If you have access or can donate any of the equipment such as video cameras, tripods, lighting or greenscreens, we will gladly advertise your business on our video tutorials including our YouTube sneak peak videos.

The Schedule

Class 1 - for the first 20 Annual Subscribers – Saturday the 3rd of December 2023 (10am-11am) this will allow Miss Karina to grade your child’s level for your online dance tutorial package and suited style/genre. You will however be given access to multiple genre’s including, JFH, Hip Hop, Ballet, Latin and other genres from special guest teachers etc.

Class 2,3, 4 & 5 for the first 20 annual subscribers – Will take place Saturday in week 4 ,5,6, & 7 of Term 1 in 2023, time tbc but somewhere between 9am – Midday.

Private Lessons – Can take place immediately. Will need to be scheduled directly with Miss Karina – via 0416 239 875.

Class Video Release Date – 13th March 2023 tbc – Class videos will be released during the week (school terms), via a password protected video portal on our website.

A variety of videos will be released weekly, with instruction on how often to work with each video. You will receive email notifications whenever a new video is released. You will receive new content weekly for a full year past this date. We will offer scheduled live zoom classes (likely at the end of each week/fortnight) to give children or parents an opportunity to ask any questions related to the online videos and for clarification that your child is executing my instruction correctly. 

This will help me amend suitable video content for the following week etc.
